![]() ![]() I'm trying to print a Save the Date postcard that I created in Publisher and am lost. I've never used publisher before, found the Save the Date template online, it downloaded in Publisher so I went with it. I've created the postcard and merged it with a list of names and that works fine. I want to use Avery 4x6 cards, template 5399. In the Page Design tab I chose Change Template, found the 5389 template and clicked 'OK' - so I assume my card is now set in this template. I have Orientation set to landscape. The Avery sheet is 8.5x11 and will print in portrait style but the two 6x4 cards on it will print landscape style. And that's the issue right now - I can't seem to get the page design and print out to work with each other. I have Print set up as follows: Printer - this is pointed to the correct printer and is working, Print Selected Records - have this as 1-4 for now until I get this work so I don't use up all my postcards, Multiple Copies per Sheet - set at 1 as I only want one postcard per person (30 total to mail out) - but there should be two postcards (for two different recipients) per sheet, Layout Options - have this set at 8.5x11 as that's the size of the Avery sheets, Orientation = Portrait, Printed on one side. ![]() Word Guru - Post Card Templates postcard - template Word Guru - Post Card Templates Free Postcard Template Free Microsoft Word Templates Free. When I set the Print orientation to Portrait and have the Page Design orientation at landscape I get 1) the graphic running from the top of the page to the bottom instead of across the 8.5' width of the page as it should, 2) the graphic has shrunk to about 60% of the size it should be and 3) I only get one person per page instead of two. When I set Print orientation to landscape and leave Page Design orientation at landscape I get 1) the graphic running across the width of the 8.5x11 sheet as it should, 2) still shrunk down to 60% of the size it should be and 3) still only one person per sheet instead of two.
